I'm concentrate on sprint, thats why I have to all the time think speed. I try all the time keep my speed level high, cause when it goes down, it is very hard to improve back. Almost in every endurance training i make little speed sessions, by that i keep my motion speed. I also make 1-3 speed trainings per week. I try to make these trainigs mainly with skies or with rollerskies. Normally one training consist of 10 - 15 sets, duration of each set is 10 seconds.
