Right tests can give good guideline for training planing. There is lot of different kind of test, if you want get right and good information, you have to choose the best tests for you. I use couple of different kind tests, for measuring Vo2max and aerobic endurance i use nordic walking treadmill test two times a year and couple nordic walking field tests a year to checking situation between treadmill tests. For measuring anaaerobic capacity i use MAST (Maximal anaerobic skiing test) rolleski test. This test is maded inside athelitic hall. For strenght measuring i use this moment normal repeat test, wich is easy to made inside strenght training. I also use 2km double pole test for measuring upperbody Vo2max and aerobic endurance, this test is also maded in inside athletic hall.
